Ayman A. Emam
Human Resources Professional
15 Years of hands-on experience in the human relations and human resources mainly in the Egyptian market.

Many of the most successful corporates follow this strategy. In case it is culture the organization desires or profitability it may aim for, it can certainly be achieved by equipping the business with the proper manning from the very beginning. So, it is agreed that "it all starts from recruitment". There must be the right place for you somewhere in this market. Make yourself "readily" available for it.

I have a genuine interest in upgrading the perception of the Egyptian youth to the Human Resources role in the business life as one of the most critical for business development.

Track Record:

General Dynamics Fort Worth Division (armament services)

Worked with the HR team in GDFW for 6 years as HR Administrator. Some of my achievements were establishing the HR & Admin data systems, being assigned as the custodian for the HR documentation (including the OPM, standard practices & Quality Management program). Besides, I was selected among the team responsible to manage the phase down of the organization’s projects in Egypt upon selling out their aviation stocks (to Lockheed).

Resource Professionals (overseas recruitment)

Worked for 4 years as the company’s Vice President. One of my major contributions was restructuring the company to accommodate the diversified panel of clients against the expanded pools of variable candidates. Additionally, I participated in establishing a new business (Prime Business, in the field of business services) and re-engineering an acquired business in the tourism field (Emmanuel Tours).

The Coca-Cola Bottling Companies in Egypt

I joined the HR team in TCCBCE as Field HR & Administration Manager with responsibilities focusing on building integrated HR systems and implementing them to 26 factories and units owned by the 6 merging companies. During my 2 years assignment, I was credited for valuable achievements like structuring the recruitment function and manning and training the recruitment staff. I also lead the payroll integration and transition as well as published unified policies in some of the HR interests for the total organization.

Unilever Egypt (FMCG; HPC & Foods)

I joined Lever Egypt (Home & Personal Care) as the Personnel Administration Manager. Now I am the HRD Manager for Supply Chain in Unilever Egypt (HPC & Foods businesses merged in 1999). During my initial assignment, I looked after personnel & admin aspects for the total business as well as development of non managers. Since 2000, I am responsible for the development agenda for all the staff in the Supply Chain (6 manufacturing units as well as the logistics, factory commercial and distribution & warehousing). Some of my achievements in Unilever include manning a new factory and releasing of staff upon closure of another. I also created a corporate system for recruiting below management level and structured an HR team to look after people development in the Supply Chain.
